At American Gold Label Foods, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take all concerns seriously. Due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply.

No Returns

We sell frozen food products. Because we are unable to verify proper handling, storage, or temperature control once product has left our custody, we do not accept physical product returns under any circumstances.

Refunds (Case-by-Case Review)

While returns are not accepted, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when appropriate documentation is provided. All refund requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • Include a written explanation outlining the reason for the refund request
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Include clear product images to support the claim

Each request is reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed.

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

EBT Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds or alternative reimbursement methods are not permitted for EBT purchases.

Additional Notes

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to improper storage, thawing, handling, or preparation after delivery. We encourage customers to reach out promptly if they believe there is a product concern so we can review the situation fairly and thoroughly.
